If you’re new here, WELCOME! My name is Sydney and I am the Owner and Lead Photographer of Sydney Breann Photography. I am so incredibly grateful to have two associate photographers on my team to serve more adventurous couples and foster community in the photography market. In October, I introduced the blog to Associate Photographer Abi. On today’s blog, I’d like you to Meet the Team – Associate Photographer Emmie.

Meet Emmie!

I first met Emmie while we were both in college in Duluth, Minnesota. Honestly, she has been a perfect fit since day one. As mentioned in my first Team blog, it’s a huge goal of mine to have people on my team who are passionate about travel and telling the stories of adventurous couples. Emmie checks those boxes (and then some).

When Emmie isn’t telling love stories, odds are that she’s listening to some. As a true hopeless romantic, Nicholas Sparks audiobooks are right up her alley. And I can guarantee she will be choking back tears on any given wedding day. Even though Emmie’s love for Nicholas Sparks is deep, her love for her boyfriend Collin and their puppy Artie are deeper. This cute little trio loves exploring the Northwoods of Minnesota (and even purchased a cabin in the woods – I wonder if Artie pays rent?).

Emmie is a huge traveler and adventurous soul. In the seldom free-time that Emmie has as an Occupational Therapy grad student, she can be found snowshoeing, hiking, biking, or planning her next trip to Europe. In fact, she first discovered her passion for photography 4 years ago while in Italy. When Emmie isn’t planning an international getaway, she’s probably taking in the beauty of Glacier National Park. Capturing little moments of life that are filled with wonder, love, and gratitude are what continue to fuel her passion.

If you haven’t gathered it by now, I am so dang thankful for the SBP team. I have so much peace of mind knowing I have such strong women standing behind me and supporting me as a photographer and business owner.
