Have I mentioned lately how much I love adventurous couples? Jacob and Brittany’s Glacier National Park fall engagement session offered the most stunning views of some of my favorite portrait locations. If you’ve never experienced GNP in September, this session is guaranteed to have you looking at flights for next year ASAP.
Jacob and Brittany traveled to Glacier National Park all the way from Iowa – for the first time. Experiencing one of my favorite places on Earth with someone for the first time is always such a magical experience. Jacob and Brittany venturing all the way to Montana was so incredibly fitting; I’ll be capturing their intimate wedding in Grand Teton National Park in June. I actually cannot wait. These two are the epitome of adventurous – I’m obsessed.
I met Jacob and Brittany bright and early in the morning in order to beat the crowds. We traveled along Going to the Sun Road, making frequent stops to take in the views. The nearby wildfires created hazy smoke-filled mountains. But honestly, the view was magical. We continued up the road, stopping at all the epic portrait locations. After an outfit change, we decided to hike to a waterfall near St. Mary Lake’s shore. Jacob and Brittany continued to surprise me with how adventurous and brave they were when they waded into the water for some dreamy romantic shots. We then wrapped up our time together with a Montana classic – huckleberry pie. 🤤
Jacob and Brittany’s Glacier National Park fall engagement session has me stoked for all the adventures ahead in June with them! Their Grand Teton National Park wedding is going to be out-of-this-world. Adventuring with your person is such a special thing to capture. And there’s nothing I love more than being the one to capture your adventures 🥹
