Brittany and Jacob’s Grand Teton National Park 2 day elopement was one for the books. While you can typically find me exploring Glacier National Park in Montana, I always have a blast exploring a new place, documenting love stories. Every part of Brittany and Jacob’s 2 day elopement was full of so much love and emotion.
We began day one of their elopement with getting ready photos. When I say I’m still obsessed with their details, you’ll see why. The personal touches of the paper suite and carved ring boxes had me swooning. After we captured a sweet first look between Brittany and her dad, it was time for her and Jacob’s. My heart filled with so many butterflies witnessing Jacob drop to his knees in tears as he saw his bride.
After we gathered ourselves once again, we headed into the park for an intimate ceremony at Schwabacher’s Landing. The snowcapped mountains and golden sunshine provided the most beautiful view to compliment their ceremony. We even had a moose friend join us (how lucky!!). As the sun began to set behind the mountains, and Brittany and Jacob tied the knot, a crazy storm rolled in. It really was an epic way to end day one of their Grand Teton elopement.
Day two was full of adventure. We met up in the morning for a boat ride across the lake and a hike. When we reached our hiking destination, Brittany and Jacob exchanged private vows overlooking the valley below. It’s moments like these that I really enjoy being more of a fly-on-the-wall rather than intruding on my couple. After we got back to shore, Brittany and Jacob changed into different attire to prepare for their canoe ride. The views were immaculate; the mountains reflected off the crystal-clear water, surrounded by pines.
We wrapped up Brittany and Jacob’s Grand Teton National Park 2 Day elopement with bridal portraits in the park. It’s always so special seeing my couples put their wedding attire back on; they look even more happy than they do on their wedding day.
Capturing Brittany and Jacob’s Grand Teton elopement was an adventure from beginning to end. Cheers to a lifetime of happiness + even more adventures!
