It’s no secret that experiencing Fall in the mountains is a magic unlike anything else, right? If you’re trying to find the best time to elope in Glacier National Park, let this be your sign to give early October a try! Brooke and Noah’s Fall elopement in Northwest Montana was as dreamy as they come. We were drenched in sunshine, crunchy falling leaves, and the most spectacular views. As soon as Brooke and Noah reached out, I knew they were my people; their love of the mountains, fresh air, and authentic moments had me sold.
Brooke and Noah’s intimate wedding day began at a cozy VRBO near Ashley Lake, Montana. They opted for an intimate wedding ceremony at their rental before driving up to Glacier National Park. It was very important for them to have elements of both a private elopement and a traditional wedding. Brooke and Noah spent their morning getting ready separately with their family. They opted out of a first look, to keep with tradition. Brooke knew she wanted Noah to see her for the first time as she walked down the aisle to him; and yes, I was a puddle watching his smile spread as he saw his bride.
Brooke and Noah’s ceremony took place beneath the most majestic, towering pines. I can still smell the crisp mountain air when I look back through these photos. Their intimate outdoor ceremony space was so dreamy; there were just 8 chairs lining the makeshift aisle. Watching Brooke’s vision come to life from the early days of wedding planning was such a full-circle moment; the space looked exactly as she imagined.
After sharing their first kiss, Brooke and Noah enjoyed a champagne toast with their family before heading out on our adventure. We made our way up to Glacier National Park to take in even more picturesque views of Northwest Montana. The mountain tops were already covered in snow, while the valleys below were blanketed in the changing colors of Fall. After taking romantics in Glacier National Park, we started making our way back to their VRBO for cake. But our adventure wouldn’t have been complete without stopping for a private vow exchange. I was an absolute puddle over the tears filling Noah’s eyes throughout the entire day, but especially during their vow exchange.
Once the vows were said, we made the drive back to the VRBO where Brooke and Noah changed into matching Nike sweatsuits. It was the perfect way to wrap up their fall elopement in Northwest Montana.
